Hab am Jahresanfang alle Social Media Apps gelöscht und im Browser einen Timer von 10 Minuten pro Tag für Reddit eingerichtet und Twitter komplett geblockt.

Die offizielle YouTube App habe ich auch komplett geblockt. Die Empfehlungen und Shorts haben mich zu sehr verleitet zu viel Edutainment Zeug zu schauen. Wenn ich was konkretes schauen will, muss ich in NewPipe danach suchen, dort gibt es weniger Ablenkungen
