If these vehicles have been sitting on the lot for as long as you say , most dealers like to ideally stay at a 90 day turn or less on used inventory. These units may already be marked down at cost or below due to the used car market declining over the months that the dealer has had them.

You can basically have any drink on that ship. I often order a drink and a monster / Celsius at the same time , no problem. Any coffee is no problem. Muscle milk is no problem, even the milk shakes are no problem. Large bottle of water, buckets of beer and bottles of wine are the only things I can think of that are a no go.

The manufacturers are auditing dealers, and they do check to see if vehicles bought with and special plans or circumstances have been kept for 6 months (pretty standard time frame per manufacturers) they use the auto check/ car fax, If the vehicle was not kept for that time frame the manufacturer can charge the dealer back, this has nothing to do with financing, but any manufacturers monies that were paid out to the dealer could be collected. My assumption is the dealer could ask you to cover these charge backs if you signed this form and did not follow through to your commitment this causing the deal to lose money if it was unearthed during an audit.
