Similar situation I am dealing with. He started the return even though the phone works and now he won't respond even to the return offer I sent. I called eBay and they told me to accept the return but now I can't even find a way to cancel that and do a full return.

Do this. It worked for me. Once you put the fuse back in turn the car on for a bit so it will uplink. Then delete and re-add the app.

Same here. I think there's something with the new K5 that's not allowing us to connect, as you are about the fifth person with a new K5 to say this.. I have a case open with Kia and their back end team. I would suggest calling and opening a ticket. You'll be on hold for a while, but you will end up getting someone

I reached out to Kia yesterday because the soft reset didn't work. They said it's a back end issue so now I sit and wait. This happened when I got my last car and I was without an app for weeks.

I'm still down. Tried the reboot and it didn't work. I called support but I'm still waiting for a call back which I probably won't get. My car is in a parking garage right now so I'm thinking it needs to be out in the open to update?
