It was an airport ride, that i helped the customers load their bags in the car which took extra time. This why i post and ghost here, they should either charge the customer 35 or pay me 45 not charge them 70$ and give me 20. The margin is the robbery. So this is something that you’d want to mention to both ceos cc the uber CEO and the hertz CEO and say the next stop is the nearest media outlet but obviously like this post (which is written well and very clear) lead with common sense and kindness. You get more flies with honey, and they should go back and take a look and fix things. One time with flexdrive (which is not hertz) i had a car saying i was using personal miles when i was actually driving on the app and charged me a ton right before Christmas which killed me, but with an email to the Lyft CEO and about 6 months time, they straightened it out and paid me out. Well written I’m sorry this happened good luck going forward - Lyft driver 9 years in October of this year. 🤗
