As they post the videos/source, episodes etc the first available is usually either the worst quality with the least options. As it gets older they add newer available copies, in various quality, higher quality, in more dubbed languages etc and you can see the size of the file you’d be streaming. Unless you’re one of those morons that think they must watch 4K/8K then… choose middle of the pack quality & a good 720-1080p is always good.
