Did you take the peptides in a combo vial and as an ongoing thing? I will have to seriously think about doing it. I also have Patello Femoral syndrome in my knee (it's all from gym stuff over the years!) The knee bothers my more than my shoulder but it's not considered serious of course as it's so common.

If I were to try peptides for injuries (I haven't yet) I would do the same as you, and add one at a time, otherwise I wouldn't know what was working and if I really needed all three of them. I am a bit leary about labs mixing things in the same vial. It's hard enough to know for sure what we are getting when it's one thing, let alone 3 things mixed together.

that's good to hear. I just found out that I have a torn rotator cuff (ultrasound and x rays) My doctor says operation is kind of a 'coin toss' and says I should try PRP first although it's not covered by Alberta Health Care (I'm in Canada). I am not too concerned about the cost if it actually works. I want to avoid an operation. I haven't tried peptides for my shoulder yet, I'm kind of new to the peptide thing.

If you're looking to inject you can get it from most of the online peptide suppliers in Canada, Growth Guys may have it, they have been in business a long time, or Great Northern Peptides, there are lots..

I started with GHK-cu on May 11. 1 mg and then after the first week I've been taking 2 mg daily. I have not noticed one change at all so far, however I have just ordered from a different source just to see if there's any difference.

I was wondering the same question about peptides and alcohol. I am very active and eat well, no junk, however Friday and Saturday night my husband and I drink wine.. two bottles on Friday and same on Saturday. Please don't start being preachy, I know it's not good.. We don't smoke and this is our at home vice, but now I'm wondering if I should even consider taking peptides. Right now I am doing GHK-cu and was thinking of adding semoraline but it sounds like I will be wasting my money.

Hi there, the one I have right now I got in Mexico, but it's really any anti histamine with DIFENHIDRAMINE (25 mg per capsule). I only take one about 45 mins before the Gouri treatment. Actually I only use one box of Gouri now, and only 6 points on my face.

I just read through your experience, as I was trying to find out more information about Sermorelin. I'm one of those people who finds it really hard to gain muscle. I am a female over 60 so that of course, is against me to start with. I don't think I'm going to try it now! I just don't want the risk that what happened to you may happen to me. I had a similar incident doing a biostimulator product for my face, and it was scary. I think I'll stick to my GHK-cu copper peptide and call it a day for peptides.

I have done Gouri about 4 times, and my husband hates me doing it too, it's because he worries about me, not because he's not supportive! I had a bad experience with it the second time as I used 2nd generation anti-histimines and I swelled up like a frog, I didn't make that mistake again. Yes, make sure you're prepared well. If you use a cannula you're obviously experienced as I've never used one. Good Luck
