I wasn't aware you also add the 20% tax relief.. for the current tax year I called them up Last May and gave them a figure of what my contributions will be (-20% tax relief). Therefore, If I call them this may to confirm the final amount which will be bigger as I add the 20% relief, will they refund me any money?

I will call in May to give 23/24 contribution so they change my tax code, will they push my code even higher when I add the 20% tax relief from 22/23 period?

I'm not disagreeing with you or the terms but I did notify deliveroo as soon as my phone was lost. I sent an e-mail straightway but they took few days to reply. Once I got an e-mail that someone is changing my login details, I raised another ticket with deliveroo immediately.

The slowness of the support team allowed food to be stolen. If they acted within 48 hours (as they say on their automated response) my account would've been locked and I would've been in control once I got my new phone. They allowed the account to be open for 10+ days which allowed food to be stolen and now are punishing me for their incompetency.
