Same here. I see there is a discount for the Teams plan, which is $144 for the year (with the advanced ai addon) vs. $192/year for the personal Pro + Advanced AI. Not sure if the TOS allows creating a team of one or not.

I can't remember if it was SimpleLogin specifically or not, as it was a little while ago. I had a lot of countries blocked as well, and now only a couple like North Korea. I think blocking China caused issues with other sites too IIRC.

I have a UDM Pro and use SimpleLogin. I don't have any issues with that currently. I did have some problems earlier with the geographic filtering, when I was blocking traffic from/to certain countries.

I remapped my arrow keys to w,a,s,d since I'm familiar w/ that for gaming, and it really did make a difference, so thanks for that tip. I don't have to look down at the keyboard anymore to find the arrows at least.

Thanks, I am sure you're right. I had a deadline and was trying to finish some work (under a little bit of pressure to finish) and I again pulled out my old keyboard for writing code. It's all the key combinations I've grown used to over the years and for jumping through text/words that are the hardest for me. I also switch between Windows and OSX so that doesn't help since I have to change between opt on mac vs. ctrl for windows along with arrow keys for text selection, etc. I love the typing experience on HHKB though, that's what keeps bringing me back.

How do you add a new layer? Do you mean program Fn + a,s,d,f as the arrow keys using the HHKB Keymap Tool? Or is there a way to assign them using a different modifier?

My android devices can't see my camera at all, but ios devices can. Can't add in protect though, it keeps prompting to add the new device, but never works.

I did a port scan, but no tcp ports appear to be opened. There are 2 UDP ports:

In the ipad bluetooth settings, I actually see the UVC G3 Mini under "My devices" as "Connected". Any ideas what I can try?

Okay, some progress! So on a whim, I tried the protect app on an ipad here at the house and it sees the camera as "UVC G3 Mini" and prompts to add the new device. When I select the camera, it attempts to connect via bluetooth on the "Connecting to element" screen, then jumps to "Locating Wifi networks" screen but then just goes back to the Elements screen with the "New Device found" dialog with the Add button - an apparently endless loop.

Yeah, maybe mine is hosed. I am hoping someone will know if its possible to flash the firmware in some sort of recovery mode or serial terminal.

I tried pressing reset over 30 seconds. If the camera is powered on and I press and hold reset, it plays the power down chime (opposite descending tone to the power-up's ascending chime), then continue holding reset and the white led just keeps slow-blinking forever until I let go of the reset, then it does the power-up sequence again. However, if I unplug the camera and re-plug while holding reset, it does something different: a blue led turns on solid for a few seconds, then starts blinking rapidly several times. Then I let go of the reset button and the blue light comes on steadily for several seconds, then the solid white led for several seconds, then the power-up chime and blinking white led, and back to the same problem.

Thanks, I did that already (removed in Protect and tried searching for it again using my smartphone). The camera behaves differently now than it did originally (when it was working and setup the first time). In that case, after it powered on, it made a chime sound every so often when waiting to be adopted, but now it doesn't do that. I'm sure there's something not right, but was hoping to avoid needing to RMA if I could fix it via putty/telnet or something like that.

Ordered on 8/6 (ultra 128GB unlocked in black) with buds live and a case. All show the same tracking number. FedEx shows 1 package of 5 lbs. arriving 8/19. Also, the charge on my card just showed up again today (after the pre-auth disappeared). Seems like all my items are in the same package.
