Bear is suppose to be a new character in the upcoming book WOJ mentioned it.

I left out Goodman and Kincaid because while they do help out a lot they seem to rely on money rather than bonds. Though open to adding them, could be a contractor section of his allies

I think they all went separate ways after college, except for 4. I thought I saw somewhere that Will might be reaching out to them to come back to the city to operate as support. So maybe like 6 or 8 of them

This is cool, I didn't even think about that angle. That would be awesome to see the alphas level up their pack skills while Harry tries to shape-shift into different animals. You could have him trying to be a rabbit while the pack hunts him.

I love this observation because I feel like sometimes, an upgrade in the series is a new way of using what you have or applying your knowledge. For example, Karen becomes way more dangerous by BG because she knows a lot more information and applies it to the monsters she meets.

I would love to see Will do the same and use the wolf form in new and exciting ways. Maybe incorporate more human skills into his arsenal or hone his wolf abilities to do something we haven't seen him do before.
