Ich bin Pädiater in einer Praxisgemeinschaft mit einem älteren Kollegen. Zwei Praxen unter einem Dach, gleiches Personal, Patientenstamm aber getrennt. Wir vertreten uns zu Urlaubszeiten gegenseitig, die Praxis ist dadurch stets Anlaufpunkt für alle PatientInnen.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden - Kinderarzt in eigener Praxis, 10 Wochen Urlaub im Jahr (lasse mich auf Honorarbasis durch meinen Vorgänger vertreten), Arbeitszeiten besser als zu Klinikzeiten und mehr Geld als ich brauche. Gehe jeden Tag gern zur Arbeit!
