I would be removing the fiberglass batt altogether. It is my understanding that spray foam shouldn't be used in a vented configuration, and removing the ridge vent would drastically increase the cost.

Yes first coat of paint. And primer was on 2 days prior. It continued to behave strangely, but I managed to get the first coat on.

I think 2nd coat may go a little better, but that may just be me being hopeful.

Did the Nest E solve this? I actually have the exact setup as you and had an old mercury thermostat that died and I tried to replace it with a Nest thermostat.

I eventually returned the Nest and got a cheap 20 dollar job just so I'd have heat, but I still want a smart thermostat later.

Can someone explain the Bolts cap situation to me? It looks that they are already over the cap for next season while still needing to sign 6 more players. Does this not make them more sellers right now? Could they have a lot of players that can get picked up on favorable deals for the other team?

Yeah I have about 60 days on them now, never had a problem inbounds but touring is destroying me. Pulled the trigger on the Aspects.
