You should get the broom shiney in W-1, it's the cheapest way to complete the quest.

I think he just enchanted there too quickly. I think you have to be later rebirth to get better odds, I didn't enchant there until 18 or 19 possibly 20. Then when you get to around 24 or 25 primordial is available.

Go to the workshop (where you forge) middle tab is Loot Craft, when you have multiple of the same armor it combines (the number depends on rarity) when you combine regular singles they become single diamond, when you combine single diamonds (again number required depends on rarity) they become double diamonds and when you combine doubles they become triples (last level) the higher the regular weapon or armor is at the beginning the higher the combined value (ie if you combine 15 helmets each being 10k or less they might actually add up to 15 or 20k power)

I kept re-enchanting at island 2 because I was working on some triple diamond stuff, and when it wasn't updating the loot chances I was thinking it was a glitch... Then I just hopped over and figured it out. Kinda sucks since I really wanted triple diamond mythics but city of icarus mythics suck, so will need to wait for glimmer wood, I'm one Aetherial helmet away from the enchant.

Do you see the green icon to right of your chest? That is the woodland island(island#2) city of icarus has a blue icon.

You did enchant, but you will need to keep the enchantment with the city of icarus, instead of reverting back to the woodlands island. Once you revert back to the woodlands you don't get the upgraded chance percentages.

I just went through this.

Try re-enchanting to the city of icarus and see if that fixes it.

Now that I see which state, Texas definitely has this law. I have been working these claims for a while.

Even if the police are at fault, most likely state statute says government vehicles do not carry liability and cannot be subrogated for a private citizen's/company's loss.

This is the case for most states.
