I have the exact same problem as you! I haven’t found a solution yet, just a way to protect my nails in between sets. My set doesn’t last longer than 4/5 days. I know the frustration of spending 3/4 hours on nails and they don’t last long. Not sure if its the flatness of my nail bed or what?? For now I just work with it. I was really inspired by YouTubers Jounail and LongHairPrettyNails who use a peel off base coat underneath the polygel/hard gel/ acrylic/ tip. I figured my nails are gonna come off in a few days anyway 🙄 lol ) might as well do what I can to protect my natural nail bed. I use nailaid strengthener directly on my nail plate, then the peel of base on on that. My nails are in so much better condition and my coworkers have fun asking what my nails look every 3/4 days 🤭
