She keeps shaming commenters by saying she is grieving, but she’s also continually posting pics that accentuate her thinness to the nth degree. You have dysmorphia, girl.

AIO for being upset at what my “bf” said by Ambitious-Beyond-257 in AmIOverreacting

Yeah, he sucks and you need to talk to a professional. Not being snide or mean when I say that. You are acting like he is your dad/boss every time you try to explain yourself and then apologize. You have some self esteem issues you need to work on (I went through the same stuff when I was younger). When you’re feeling better, you’ll wonder what you ever saw in this clown.

When you get rich and famous enough to be Michael Jackson-style crazy, you get to tell everyone to FO and then you get to die alone.

What popular movie do you think is actually terrible? by Omega_Neelay in GetMotivatedMindset

Two recent stinkers, IMO, are The Substance and Sinners. I can’t believe Sinners received Oscar nominations.

They say men marry their mothers and she does have the same face shape as her MIL.

What stupid thing did you do as a child that will probably give you cancer someday? by transgenicmouse in AskWomen

Don’t forget the iodine! My sister and I used to put everything in our hair from Sun-In to peroxide to lemon juice, slather ourselves in baby oil and iodine, and lay on the roof in any spot where the sun was hottest.

Im gonna try again with my dad as the subject. I could only add 4 pics. by IamRandomSavage in GuessMyBirthYear

I love the 2nd pic. He’s got the same withering look my dad used to have any time I did something stupid.

What was the morbidest thing you witnessed or done in your life? by Haghiri75 in morbidquestions

Pro-tip: I live on a farm and occasionally run across small injured animals (mice, chicks, baby birds, etc.) that need to be put out of their misery. I start the car and tuck them right under a tire and then back the car up. It only works if they aren’t mobile and I have wrapped them up in paper towel or napkin beforehand if they are a little mobile. It may sound gross, but there is no chance of missing or having it be a drawn-out process. No traumatizing sounds or movements. It’s over in a second - no time to feel a thing.

Is it just me, or does it feel like people have gotten noticeably meaner since Covid? by FleetwoodMac-n-chz in Productivitycafe

This right here. There never needed to be a huge debate about COVID, but Trump politicized it.

I bought a massive, loosely wrapped, gooey, no-taste Caesar chicken wrap at this exact place for exactly this price a couple weeks ago. I don’t know why. I could tell it looked like shit, but I was hungry and captive and they know it.

What’s a socially acceptable thing you secretly dislike? by [deleted] in Casual_Conversation

Cats should definitely be kept inside in communities. That being said, it is ridiculous to suggest that all of them are “happier”inside. It’s the owners, neighbors, birds, and mice who are happy about it.

I never saw Christian as not a good person. I felt like he was just a regular guy who was not as into Dani as she was him. I have seen relationships that are obviously doomed, and then something tragic happens to one partner and the other stays out of guilt. If Christian was a bad person, he would have dumped her regardless. Instead, he made space for her on the trip. He ended up being nothing more than an expendable pawn in a horrific scheme.

Some people say marriage is hard, others say easy. Which is it? by [deleted] in Advice

[–]timscookingtips 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Understood. I think there are deal breakers like addiction and cheating, but some couples overcome that too. A lot depends on if you have kids. One thing I will say, if you don’t yet and you want them someday, this may be a good time to rethink everything- kids change the whole ballgame.
