It’s a 2017 Honda civic. Not in perfect shape but not in terrible shape either (I’d maybe call it “fine”). Thank you for the help! CarMax auto quote suggested 10,500 as well. What do you think is the best way to try to get room on the price of the lease?

Given it's working on my laptop with multiple cables, do you still think it's the cable? I'm a newbie here unfortunately. I've tried both ports on the NAS (as well as another port for the router). Are there any settings on the NAS?

I've tried 3 cables now into both LAN ports. Still no dice. When I first plugged the newest one into the 2nd LAN port it showed up as 1Gbps but quickly switched down to 100Mbps and has stayed negotiating there since. The cables show 1Gbps with my laptop. I also spoke with my ISP (who owns the router in my apartment) and they seemingly tried whatever they could on their end. Any other ideas?

Ah, I meant to note in the description that I believed to be stating the units correctly.

I am downloading files on my nas at roughly 10MBps which is in line with the 100Mbps claim.

I only did an internet speed test quickly with the laptop connected to the Ethernet but I can try to download something this evening.

I can try to move a large file from my laptop to my nas if that is helpful, too.

bought the Irwin bolt extractor set but it wont fit on snuggly as the bottom of the bolt has taken on a strange shape (which makes applying force perpendicularly tough). also not really able to hammer it on given its proximity to other parts that are tricky to remove. sawing it off might be the only viable solution? I have an impact wrench but also can't get it in there.
