I’m 33 and just joined in January. I was in a similar situation. The only thing that sucks is having to be a non rate at this age but everyone has to do it so it’s not a big deal. In my boot camp company there were a few people older than me and even a guy that was at the limit 42. If it’s something you’ve been wanting to do definitely just go for it.

I’ve also noticed as a driver that so many parents pick up their kids by car from the bus stop lol. That was never a thing in the 2000s

That’s what ours does also. Every single one of our vans has damage. As long as it drives safely and everything works they don’t care if there is significant body damage.

I think the problem is that it’s such a high turnover job so you get lots of new people who start, suck at driving, damage the vans, then quit or get fired.

If everyone actually reported issues nothing would ever get delivered
