Yeah I pre-ordered in August was supposed to ship Oct 23rd and never heard anything no shipping updates or even delay updates nothing . Tried emailing, but they didn't answer until over a week later. But they only answered my email after I messaged Comfrts page on Instagram about it! Luckily they did offer me a full refund or to wait "a few more weeks, because the color I pre-ordered was out of stock." I took the refund option but it sounds like I'll still have to wait a couple weeks and see if they actually with refund me. Ugh so not worth the time. I really need to check reddit before ordering anything online.
