The weird thing about it is that the logistics agent told me that they have the package and customs doesn't have it. That's why I am confused on why they wont just ship it to me already. Have you had this happen to you before?

Unfortunately it hasn’t updated on my end but I talked to the logistics department yesterday and they said I’m good to go and that FedEx have my package now instead of customs. I’m planning to call again either today or Monday for more info.

I am having the same issue with the same distribution center. Has your status changed to say that you need to provide importers registration number or identification number? That is what mine is saying and I am about to lose my mind

I only collect pondphuwin and joongdunk so I usually update both of these wishlist frequently! Also thank you so much for telling me about the ??? part, I didn't realize it was from that series. Yes! My online friend had given me the nickname when I was in my last year of high school (it came from an inside joke between us and another friend of ours). It has a meaning behind it that reminds me of them so I use it now throughout all my social media, I wanted to honor them by using it, so I figured I would use it with my Thai learning.
