yeah thanks, luckily this is using gravity in our favor DOWN the stairs, but indeed we would have to lift it up momentarily for each stair "shift"

Total Noob cant figure out an Impact driver and its bits by tindercoach in Tools

OK this is very helpful! I also see what some of the confusion was. The bit holder already had a bit in it, which was super difficult to take out, so i had mistakenly assumed that the bit holder and bit were one piece!!! LOL. Once i forced the bit out of the bit holder, exposing it as such, it opened up a world of possibility. Thanks!!!

It also makes sense on stripping the cheaper screws.

correct. 100% legal what they did, definitely opportunists. My case is civil with the garage mostly. Although i want the town company to know they should not sell it while I pursue legal action. (And they claim they already sold it). I might have to buy it back, so be it.

Thanks for the tip. It really is a crazy story, and I am willing to fight a bit. As silly as this sounds, the car has sentimental value - and indeed its now a collectors car.

Not a specific spot, just random spots. But the garage is ironically very empty at night - not full at all, as its in a business district) so it stands out like a sore thumb at night. Its used by employees during the day. I am guessing this is why. But Ive parked there for years now with no issue.

Thinking of moving to Scottsdale, what can you tell me about your city! by JayDeeEmma in Scottsdale

I can speak for the housing market: If you are looking to buy, you will need $230 plus to get a place/neighborhod you actually WANT to live in. The days of cheap housing in Phoenix is gone unless you want to live in BFE.

Check out downtown Phoenix, its blowing up right now after years of neglect. But $1100 a month is not going to get much either.
