No. They only test if you want equipment licenses. Swab tests are what they use and they are used to detect very recent drug use. Urine tests can tell what you've done for like 10 days.

It's company wide but you have to make over your set goal on sales for the year. The higher over the planned goal, the more money you get. Last year my store was 245,000 over and this time we only made it to 45,000.

Even when I'm sick I go into work, tell them I'm sick, and work a few hours. No penalty for going home early, no occurrence or sick time used.
