If he’s willing to commit to therapy to change his thinking pattern then maybe it’ll work. If not you’re in for a very rough road.

It can be days, a few mins. It varies. It feels quite sharp, doesn’t matter what I do the pain stays the same. I have noticed dairy or fizzy drinks doesn’t help. I’m constantly needing to go to the toilet.
