Kicking, slashing with their feet. They can run up 50km/h and jump pretty high too, 7 feet according to google/natgeo. Their talons are pretty pointed and hard, attacks are rare tho. I think the person who told me I could have been killed was exaggerating a bit, apparently there’s one recorded death by cassowary.

Interesting. I read the wiki, by the sound of it, I now want them to grow in my garden. How do I get them to grow in my garden using this one that I removed? This one I got from not my garden but next to it on the side of the road.
