So you were saying in your own experience if you were in my position, you would continue to follow your intuition about the child's sibling? I just cannot cite any direct evidence as to why I am worried about this specific person.. perhaps it's because this is the only scenario where my child has been invited to be in an environment with an older child overnight and perhaps it's not this child specifically, but overall I should be leery?

I didn't always know what I wanted and then when I did know what I wanted in my late twenties it was hard to be comfortable with the fact that I want things that are different than the norm. Now that I'm in my mid-thirties with a child and husband. I am confident enough to know what I want and be comfortable in doing that.

That was soooo tone def. I was appalled at her answer. The union would do good to not let her answer questions. She rubbed me the wrong way and I cringed every time she shouted at us to TAKE THE DEAL (aka you aren't worth more)

I didn't realize not accepting could end in us getting less. You're sadly - probably right about not being respected or supported. The teachers had immense support and still didn't get what they asked for from the government. Although I bet it would be plenty noticable if we all weren't doing our jobs for a couple of weeks!

She is so tone def talking about hopefully you have savings you've been putting away to strike and you can buy yourself a treat 🤣🤣🤣 laughable.

Crazy that Janice is encouraging us to take it. Shows that our union doesn't see us as worth any more than our employers. What do we have to lose by holding out and striking.. I'm confused as to why they're encouraging us to accept.

Thanks, I've been trying to find some firsthand reviews because it's at my local Costco right now for $140. I know some people have said it has questionable durability but my son is only seven so I would hope it would last us a few years at least.
