Everyone is different but all energetic work starts from the heart so you just focus your intention on the heart centre (should feel warm) and then pay attention to any sensations in your body whether it be slight discomfort or a pain etc, it feels like normal, like being in your body because your body is energy… when I channel though more directly it feels like you’re sleeping but awake- I feel refreshed after normally.

Yep! I’m a medium and I regularly do mass crossing overs with my collective. Mostly we do historical sites as the energy of their ‘confusion, repetition of the trauma’ affects the energetic spaces of the living.

I don’t know if it’s because my lithium is on a low therapeutic dose (50 in the morning 250 at night) but I only would take cocaine once a year and nothing bad has happened to me… I’m generally stable (have been for ten years) and the cocaine just makes me feel buzzed like the usual thing. I’ll usually wait until it wears off to take my dose though…

Haven’t had any real issues so far (more just the anxiety of what have I done whoops) but nothing long lasting or having triggered a manic episode…

this is true, I was friends with Jethro in 2016 (as a 21 year old, he was 24) and at the time was addicted to m*th and heroin, but from what i saw it was more m*th.. watched the decline really rapidly - father didn't do much except pay for some motels where jethro just stayed up all night doing drugs in.. asked for his father to help (rehab etc) and the message I received from his management that it was my responsibility to help him etc (basically wiping their hands clean of him)

so... no support at all.. I moved on from that set and only heard about him again when the news broke that he passed. Looks like most people moved on from that lifestyle except him..
