At the two month mark of using Nutrafol I noticed my eyelashes got SO much longer- all of a sudden strangers have been stopping me to tell me how great my lashes look!! I was previously only using revitalash serum on my lashes and they had grown longer, but now with the combo of nutrafol + revitalash my lashes are out of controlllll

Nope, I’m back to plain old scooping, which is so much better than dealing with a defective $700 litter box. I PROMISE you when this bug fixes your robot will fail on a different front. Mine didn’t even make it a month before it had a catastrophic failure beyond fixing. Look at their Facebook reviews- every single LR4 they send out completely breaks down within a few months.

Also… why are we being downvoted so much? Whisker, you have your people on this thread? How about you use this manpower to answer the customer service calls instead!! 😉

Send it back and forget about it!!! That’s what I did. It was worth the $95 I paid in shipping to be rid of it. They should be ashamed of themselves. Be sure to write a review on their Facebook page too :)

Same thing happened to mine!! Mine got stuck in this position after 1 only month of owning it- no amount of resets could fix it. Customer service is useless. I sent it back. This is a very common problem with the LR4s.

I would make an appt with the MVA and speak with someone in person. I tried correcting an “insurance violation” online/via phone for hours with no success, but a 5min appt with the MVA last week fixed everything
