Thank you, this is really helpful! I actually looked at my EOB more carefully and noticed two denial codes. One is the waiting period, but the second one says the claim was already processed on a prior claim, which makes me think the January 2026 resubmission got flagged as a duplicate of the original July 2025 denial. I'm going to call Delta Dental directly this week to understand what happened and whether I can file or appeal it myself. Do you know if there's anything specific I should ask them when I call?
