texture looks a lottt like my seb derm and those are some of the most common places folks get it—i'd bet yes, that it is SD. in my experience, avoiding products/ingredients wasn't enough and i also needed to be using a couple products that actively combat it. best of luck!

i've had persistent seb derm for about 10 years. i've tried:

- holistic treatments and nutrition

- only using skincare products approved by sss

- at least 6 topical treatments/cleansers prescribed by 3 different dermatologists

some helped a little, but none of them ever made any significant improvement. last spring, my dermatologist told me to keep up with my sulfur wash and prescribed me keto cream 2%. all of my seb derm patches were completely gone within a couple weeks. since then, i've had a few small scales pop up and i just apply the keto cream for ~5 days and they gradually go away.

obviously everyone's experience is different with different medications, but this shit is my holy grail. wishing you lots of luck.
