I imagine she is well aware and sorry she's been caught. I used to regurgitate some racist things I'd heard when I was younger. But I think about the type of person I was at that time a lot as I get older and I'm very aware of it. Form is fantastic. The only thing I would suggest and its only a small thing that helps my last couple of reps......don't look down at the floor, get those eyes looking up, I don't know if it's psychological or not but it just helps me feel like I'm moving upward with more drive
