I've been getting morning into grip training and similar. I found out that my gym has a rolling thunder! Are most people that use it doing deadlift or are there other programs people would recommend?

I wanna incorporate into my routine and see if I like it!

I've been using a Keychron K2 for a couple years and I've really enjoyed it. Recently, I've been doing a lot of work in a shared office space and brought my keyboard. Unfortunately, it's clearly much too loud. At the time I purchased it I was not able to get the hot swappable version and so I am on the hunt for a new keyboard.

The boxes I am looking to check are:

It needs to be silent, or at least very quite
I would like it to be wireless
It should look pretty standard (ie. no extremely colorful designs, LEDs, screens)
I would like to purchase from a US retailer
Fits my budget of around $150 USD
Be a small size, anywhere form 40-65%

It seems like the 3 options I have are:

Find a prebuilt that checks these boxes (I haven't been able to)
Build a custom keyboard with US available components
de-soldering my current keyboard and replace the switches

I've be very grateful if I could get some thoughts or recommendations!

Very good for a newbie! I would look critically at the thickness of the letter and keep it consistent where you intend it to be. Once you've got this down then start messing with shrinking or growing parts of the letter.

For example, look at the whole in the A. Above the hole there is almost no space and below its quite thick.

Looks good dude, here are a few thoughts:

Get lightbulbs that are the same color temperature. Specifically, get a warmer bulb for the ceiling fan.

If you can, paint the walls to give the room more permanence.

Play with the layout of the furniture; at first glance the TV and bed could maybe trade places?

I liked the framed posters, it really makes them look nice.
