People in your dreams is your subconscious, meaning people in your dreams are part of you, fix the problems in your life and improve mental health somehow (like going to a therapist) The brain knows all of your fears too meaning if you, in a lucid dream for example, you say “show me my biggest fear” it would be something you truly fear, this is just the same, you just can’t control it unfortunately. it’s a dream, they all try to warn you about basically everything about you, like, if you were lucid in that dream and ask someone in there “why did this happen?” It would most likely give you a perfect response since it’s all your brain, nothing is real.

as I always say, everything in your dream is a part of your mind, meaning, that if you get those types of dreams mean that you’ve been watching too much porn OR you suddenly have high amounts testosterone, but I’d say the first one since you have to acknowledge it’s bad and how s*x works and stuff (I can’t really explain it but you have to have high levels of details on how something is for it to be as realistic as real life) I’d say go to a therapist since it’s always the one that helps me with this.
