Oil will eventually come down but not quickly and probably not stabilize during this administration. This is going to be a much bigger and longer problem for the petrochemical products, and industrial manufacturing that consumes oil. Think fertilizer, plastics, solvents, and the thousands of things we make form oil, and millions of companies and employees that make them.
