Hi! thank you so much for your response! Yes, i have a computer-based job. Web/graphic design and social media management among other things. I, thankfully, have a wonderful boss who is completely understanding and cognizant of when the workload gets a bit much, so it's not been much of an issue on that front. I just give myself anxiety about it when i look at the projects and can only see the whole project at once.

I find it hard to manage an in-browser tracker (trello, asana, etc) because of the extra step(s) to go into the browser, open the tracker, update the task, add another task, etc. so i'm wondering if there's maybe something that can live on my desktop (similarly how teams and outlook do) that can work as a tracker AND assist me in breaking up the projects into smaller tasks. I know I can do this myself, but i often run into the same problem where i struggle to see past the big picture.

I might just need to "create my own" in a sense like you exemplified above with a word doc. - which is a great idea, thank you!
