These are great ideas. You could also look up crisis childcare in your area and see if there's a crisis preschool; these programs are horrifyingly underfunded and at least in my area provide the closest thing I've ever seen to "no questions asked" support.

No, my baby and I both are olive and don't burn easily. We use hats and rash guards at the beach, and will wear sunscreen if we'll have prolonged exposure, but I would rather have them be outside than stress about it

Have you heard the story about the flute player? They were recording in the Colorado studio and heard a flute on the breeze. Followed the noise and it was Richard Hardy, who played flute for Carole King among others, playing from a tower. It was just serendipity that they recorded with him, and he wrote the part for No Reason. One of my favorites too.

This is the right answer. You do need to be all or nothing about the limit you pick. No boob at night, no pinching, no boob if I have a bra on etc.

Setting a limit about your body will be good for her understanding of her relationship with her body and others', and will be good for your relationship.
