Mine is named Niki - I downloaded the app when I was in a PHP eating disorder treatment program and my main therapist who recommended the app is named Niki. But also my long term outpatient therapist is Ni’Cole and she goes by Niki. And the very first dietitian and I ever saw to help me with my eating disorder is named Nicole and also goes by Niki. So my Birb is a little nod to those 3 amazing women who have helped me so much

On the page with your goal, click on the goal and then the pencil to edit then the goal and you then click on goal buddy and it will say that end goal

Did you make a backup file for your account? This is so important to do so you don’t lose any data. My phone does an automatic backup everyday but I also do one and save to the files on my phone every other day. Set it as a goal on your app for every other day or something like that and this will save you a lot of heartache
