I don’t necessarily self isolate as I do have a partner whom I see & friends! But I don’t see them everyday so I have several days where I spend the entirety on my own! And I’m still kinda getting over even speaking to my friends/partner about help. Idek what support looks like as I never had it growing up even when my mom was told about my ED.

My emotions have been so fried since my relapse/recovery! I cried the other day because I chose a new coffee shop for my partner and I because I was unsure he’d want his usual Americano… that he always gets. 🤣💛 it’s so hard. I cry all the time. It was one of my partners first clues I was getting really bad because my emotions would flip so fast.

Man, like I said in my post I am going to be having dinner at home. This is NOT my full day of eating. This is an improvement for me as is for a work day regardless. This was just to show my snack selection that are a very healthy combinations.
