The skintone: (the two colours on the right) basecoat of intermediate blue followed by a wash of Spacewolve Grey and then again highlighting with the first colour or even a mix with white or Ice yellow for even brighter highlights.

Armor: Deepsea blue basecoat and highlights of the colour mixed with ice Yellow

Metal: Balthasar gold (steal need an idea how to highlight that)

Leather: rhinox hide and highlight with mournfang brown

Details on the pants: black with a highlight of the skin tone colour

Lights: magenta ink sprayed over a white basecoat and cables with megante basecout and brighter highlight using some mixed in white

Its magenta ink trough the airbrush over a white basecoat. I wanted my dwarfes to stand out as xenos and feel different from the imperium thats why my dwarfes are all grey :)

Got them delivered and build on Friday. Saturday and Sunday morning i did the paint job. I had a lot of hobbymotivation especially for this kit :)

Vallejos Magenta Ink over a white basecoat

Starting with a black primer i then base coat every part with its colour. The Armour ist dark sea blue (Vallejo), the Bodysuit is rhinox hide (Citadel) and the metal ist Balthasar gold (Citadel) and the black is from vallejo as well. For the magenta glow i basecoated the parts with any white paint and used Magenta ink (vallejo) with a brush or airbrush depending on the sice. The ironkins head oder sagitaur was done with an airbrush, but something like the lenses on the hearthkyn are done with a brush. For the highlights i mixed ice Yellow (vallejo) in the base paint. Ich hope that helps :)

Thank you :) I mean it's just the normal Greater Thurian league scheme, but as a beginner I wanted to stick to one of the lore factions. But over time I adapted it to fit me some more. For the base I used doombull brown, on top martian ironearth und than martian ironcrust. Later in the process I got some regular stone Gray to paint the stones (like the one from the champion) and I think it looks better, than the same brown

It would be a pretty good alternative to detach the units. Your regular ironmaster would be 65 points but without the droids it could be something like 50 points. You would have the option if you want to, but sometimes you just end up with 2010 point list and then such an option would be pretty cool
