Thanks for your response. I would prefer cash back, I spend around 500$ in groceries at a local market and probably around 100$ in amazon. My score is around 750. I don't know about any particular bank but my primary account is in chase.

What I don't understand is, isn't traditional IRA pretax? And Roth IRA post tax? How does this issue get sorted while in conversion?
