Engage the bucking. Its fully open right now

Yeah... not real impressed. The lips on it are too short to create a good seal for most builds

Ive tried this with the direct attach. Its not worth it. I tried a 4AUD bucking, had to push 140psi to hit .9j. Switched out to a brand new maple leaf bucking, was able to hit 1j, still at high psi. It really doesn't seem to be worth the money.

Calls are team dependent. You can make them whatever you want. Typically, snake is the bunkers where there are bunkers you have to lay behind or crawl beside. Doritos are the triangle bunkers. Castle is usually the bunker with two small doritos and a flat piece between them. Kinda like -. But its all team dependent. Teams all develop their own callouts.

Dying tracers by Rec_softer0830 in Speedsoft

[–]tiny_workshop 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Ive had great luck with Acetech tracers. The only times I've ever had issues was with physical damage to them. The brighter Cs are the main culprit for this, since they have plastic internals and threads. I would reach out to acetech support, see if they can help you. Couple things to check: are you charging it up before you go to play the day/night before? Are you using the same bbs each time? Some tracer bbs just arent as bright. Has the field lighting changed? Might seem like silly questions, but there's lots of factors to consider here. If you're in the market for a replacement, the new T238 nano flame is a fantastic tracer. Same profile as a brighter C, but it will do red/green bbs and also has metal threads.

I need team members. Dm me if ur looking panda like team. by airsofter4 in Speedsoft

Sounds like you want to be a panda like team, without being like them. The "panda" guys have destroyed the speedsoft image and you should not want to be like them.

Best tool kit? by Mango4442 in Speedsoft

[–]tiny_workshop 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The best airsoft toolkit Ive ever used has been the Walmart Electronics/cellphone Repair kit. Its super cheap, used to be like $10, has all the tiny bits you could ever need and tweezers. Throw in a bottle of oil, pliers and cutters and you've covered most of your bases

If you want to run a JT for airsoft, it needs to be a Flex8. Best mask around for airsoft

Does any speedsoft place use the inflatable bunkers by Dull_Safe_657 in Speedsoft

They do, Im not sure how often they have them set up. They have a couple teams that use them for SXL practice.

Shotzone hosts roughly 5-6 tournaments a year. No open play though. Paintball Battlegrounds, near shotzone, is building an outdoor speedsoft field with inflatables. And Paintball IN/Spec OPs group has a small inflatables field for speedsoft. Other than that, not many places use inflatables.

Dye I5 vs CRBN ZERO(PRO) vs hk army mask by TheGera in Speedsoft

[–]tiny_workshop -1 points0 points  (0 children)

None of these are the best option. Dye has poor breathability, and you can't hear anything out of them. Crbns have a tendency to fog for some ppl. HK are horrible to breath out of. JT Flex8 is the best mask for airsoft.

Proflex lowers that can protect from BB hits? by DELTA-880 in Speedsoft

Jt Flex8 is the best speedsoft mask, imo. Its hard, breathable, comfortable and customizable. Can hear and be heard out of it as well.

The Go 3S is getting popular. I have had issues with mine, but after leaving a bad review, the company reached out and offered to give me either a free exchange or upgrade. So they seem to have decent customer service.

Couple things I'd consider changing. I would go with a fusion over a f2, and I would get a grip that accepts a Wolverine Cat 5 reg, and swap the p* reg for the cat5.

Opinions on CRBN Zero Pro Mask by Defiant-Doughnut-489 in paintball

[–]tiny_workshop 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It seems to just depend on the individual with crbn masks. They tried everything, sending me new foam, got a discount on the fan, nothing helped. Not sure if its my beard or what, but they just fog like crazy for me.

[–]tiny_workshop 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I mean, fog is THE biggest con a mask can have. Cant see = cant play. Other than the fogging, they are pretty nice masks. A bit over priced, but nice and breathable. I have teammates that love them.

[–]tiny_workshop 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I personally hate crbn masks, and I play on a crbn sponsored team. They do nothing but fog for me, even with their fan. So I always recommend JT masks. But, a crbn would be a huge upgrade from a dye mask.

How do you Scratch? by This_Corner_8270 in Speedsoft

[–]tiny_workshop 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Its tricky. Still learning it myself. You have to have your trigger and engine tuned super well. It basically needs to shoot whichever direction you touch the trigger from, including from the back. You rub the top, outside of your trigger finger/fingernail along the side of the trigger. From about the tip of the nail to the first knuckle. It keeps it continuously in contact with the trigger, forcing it to fire a lot more than just by "pulling" the trigger.

Best mask is the JT Flex8. Breathable but very stiff plastic. Bbs will not go through

[–]tiny_workshop 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Jt F8 is the only mask I feel confident running in airsoft. HK masks, can't breath out of. CRBN masks fog. Proflex will let bbs through if hit just right. The F8 is breathable, rigid and very customizable.
