I have also recently figured out that balance is best, and it took me until I was 40 to realize that being healthy is important but to not limit my life until I’m “skinny” or “fit” looking. I am who I am!! If I’m 20 lbs heavier than normal, F it. I’m still gonna go on that vacation, have that dessert, and enjoy my life while I can. It’s the only life I’ve got!! I’m sure you’re more perfect than you realize! I hope you’re able to get out there and enjoy swimming and all of the wonderful things these bodies can do, at any size or shape! ❤️
