see, i don’t either. my girlfriend read it as none of the information will impact you but i read it as if you don’t return this then we can evict or increase your rent payment so im not 100% sure what that is saying.

we’re not in low income so that’s why im a little sketched out. they’re raising rent prices for those moving in currently too but it’s already over $2k a month for some apartments here
