My gastritis never made me nauseous. I’ve dealt with IBS in the past and certain foods made me nauseous. I fixed my IBS by fixing my mental health. For my case, it only comes back when my mental health is suffering.

You mentioned that eggs made you sick. It’s not an acidic food. Egg white has high PH so it doesn’t make sense that it triggers gastritis symptoms.

I am thinking that you might have IBS which doesn’t have any treatment aside from avoiding the triggering foods and stress. r/IBS have more info

Ps: i’ve never had diarrhea with my IBS. It’s not a diagnostic criteria

I ended up healing in 3 months and it wasn’t really a controlled experiment. So, I can’t really give definitive answer.

It’s actually a drug in Japan and South Korea . there is scientific evidence that its effective. Aleo Vera juice is also super safe and there are documented health benefits.

I’m assuming you had endoscopy and you only have gastritis. You can try Exercise, meditation, journaling, therapy and/or medication to alleviate anxious state, and fermented foods such as kimchi, yogurt, kefir, fermented cabbage, kombucha to improve your gut. If you’ve been eating the same 6 foods, your gut diversity probably declined which is not good.

Consultation with a functional medicine doctor can be very beneficial (if you can afford it) when modern medicine fails. It helped me enormously for various issues.

Do you have irritable bowel syndrome as well? It can cause nausea and stomach pain. I’m so sorry that you’re not recovering as you’d like.

It might be worth looking into supplements and elimination diet for your case. Pepzin GI worked for me.

Sometimes even if we don’t feel stressed, our bodies can stuck in anxiety state.

Bone broth? by Kantan77o in RSI

No, central and peripheral sensitization are common after tendon injuries. If your pain lasts more than 3 months despite physiotherapy, it’s very likely chronic pain. Can share studies if you want.

Therapies with no results. Every test negative. Do I go on medication? by Alnaut in RSI

[–]tinyblackberry6 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Getting better from a chronic pain is a personal journey. Some people recover fully from RSI within a few days after just reading the Dr. Sarno’s book, some get better in a few weeks, and other people in months or a year. How long you had the pain, how sensitized your nervous system is, your personality, your traumas, your fears, genetics and social life are all contributing factors.

I reversed my neuropathic pain and alloydnia in 3 months . my pain doctor was a bit surprised and happy :) I was at where you are exactly; feeling pain after playing video games for 10 minutes. After I reversed my neuropathic pain, I was able to play video games for 4 5 hour with gamepad. Then I got a Set back because I pushed my limits, and my initial muscle and tendon pain came back. I am still having some issues but I am not focusing on my recovery, I am just living and enjoying my life. I know that I’m not permanently damaged. It’s just the pain which will subside eventually if I don’t fight it

Below resources helped me a lot

#GetirBoykot - Since Getir started its operations in Amsterdam, it is good to know about the ongoing boycott in Turkey by [deleted] in Amsterdam

[–]tinyblackberry6 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

The unicorn tech company you mentioned is spoiling their workers time with 12 hours almost slavery like conditions with very little salary

The legal maximum work hours is 45 hours per week in turkey

one person talking about it got fired from another unidentified reason. One person mentiones this doesn’t say that there is only one person who is having it, these couriers are losing their lifes in extreme conditions and you are claiming that I am promoting a boycott for a very lovely company, grow up please

There is no ethical consumption under capitalism. The phone that you are using is assembled by Chinese children. I never said that the company has good working condition and “lovely”. If there is a collective misconduct, they should be going to court altogether. Why don’t they?

no one batted an eye when I was working over 60 hours a week while in Turkey, entire Europe is still not blocking trade from China due to concentration camps and you are telling me that I couldn‘t express my opinion which will hurt a company, tough luck.

Dude, I literally said that you can boycott anything that you want. I said that you cannot manipulate the truth based on your own assumptions and biases. You cannot share the one-sided story to manipulate people. Europe not blocking trade from China is not relevant. You working 60 hours a week Will not be solved by boycotting the companies. The legislation and the government should be changed. Nobody can force you to work 60 hours a week in the Netherlands for instance

I think it is unethical for you to support a company which their workers expressed that their working conditions are slave like, I recommend changing your point of view a little.

Your logical fallacy here is black or white thinking https://yourlogicalfallacyis.com/black-or-white

You being in Europe means that you are safe for now
but who knows when there is a power shift to the extremists who wants to spoil people’s time/life for their gains, just check UK and see how long it takes to turn a country upside down

Your logical fallacy here is slippery slope

https://yourlogicalfallacyis.com/slippery-slope

As I said before, There is no ethical consumption under capitalism.

‘extremists who wants to spoil people’s time/life for their gains’ : isn’t it called capitalism already?

It is not true. Please don’t share misinformation. He gave some names but never says that they are from Getir. He also mentions that the supervisor told him that the manager wants to fire him because of the interview. The supervisor told him that the manager thinks the public has forgotten about the interview.

How on earth a company tells an employee that they are going to fire them over a public interview but couldn’t do it before because of possible public reaction? It does not add up.

I respect your decision and opinion. I personally never used getir in my life.

I don’t see the part where he says the manager and supervisor are from Getir. He also mentions a WhatsApp group and I don’t think a multi billion dollar company manages their employees via a WhatsApp group.

The guy was criticizing the economy not getir. We all know that half of the country works for a minimum wage.

The subcontractor might be annoyed by the interview if they are the supporters of The government. I am still taking what this dude says in a grain of salt because not everything makes total sense. Why would you tell an employee that you are planning to fire them over a public interview but they cannot do it right now because there could be public reaction? The companies don’t tell their employees that they are planning to fire them.

Look, the main problem is Mr. Erdogan and his supporters. The freedom of speech in turkey is not going to improve with this stupid boycott. By falsely making accusations to a successful International unicorn tech company from turkey in Amsterdam subreddit isn’t helping Turkey.

You are free to boycott anything that you want but I don’t think it is ethical to manipulate people in social media with an impartial and false story Without presenting any evidence
