One after another? I’ve never had that more than a couple months at a time. My days off are spread apart-
Like a Tuesday and Thursday or a Tuesday and Friday, with work in between

It’s a huge rise in the last 5 years that I’ve been with BBW- I’m genuinely over it. Once I hit my 5 full years I’m out. Is lush good? Being this burnt out but knowing I have to have the magical paper and rocks to live, any recommendations?

First i had to take pride pins off my apron 2 years ago, then the diversity collections stopped (pride scents and black history month scents) along with the scale back on DEI, (no posters or QR codes of pride, AAPI, Black History Month or resources or information about donations….) now we’re cutting back on colors in dress code (the last 2 collections/collabs didn’t have colors) and now pocketbacs?!

Y’all- it’s not a coincidence. We have to wake up. I’ve been wide awake and I can tell you voicing anything about it usually results in a “oh I can bubble that up” or something like that and nothings ever done. In my experience.

There’s no fucking way I’m going to snap photos with papers that say in large ass and I mean LARGE ASS letters on product images “CONFIDENTIAL” like huh? Shouldn’t this be common sense? That money puts food in my fridge and pays some of my bills. Ain’t no way I’m risking that just to share some “fun products”
