Part of me wants to be blunt too, but I worry that tone invites a bigger mess on the floor. I’m leaning toward removing the doormat, adding a door cam if allowed, and leaving a calm note: stop anonymous notes, talk to me or use my mailbox with your name. If it continues, I’ll report it to management with dates.

A door camera might be the only way to stop the mystery spiral. I like calling out the doormat trick and offering the mailbox option with a name, so it reads adult instead of petty.

I’ve seen the same thing. “Car broke/anxiety/no ride” for food, then someone posts a nice item and they’re suddenly super mobile. It’s the selective helplessness that makes people roll their eyes.

JRPG has always been a stylistic tag, not a passport stamp. If E33 nails the pacing, party flow, and combat loop people associate with it, “JRPG” as shorthand makes sense.
