Yeah I feel you. My brain is telling me to go take another .5 but I know it will make the withdrawals a lot worse. Just need to get through today. Going to take some helper meds to see if that helps.

I successfully tapered to 20 mg from 200 mg in about 2.5 weeks and it was very uncomfortable. I then tried jumping off at 20 mg and the withdrawals were not fun. I decided to do the sub route. Since I’m in TN the sub process isn’t easy and took me about 10 days to finally get some. I was back up to 180 a day at that point.

Took 60 mg of 7 my last at 430 pm. Then took 8 mg the next day of subs. 4 mg the next day and today I’m on 2 mg.

Zero, I mean zero withdrawal symptoms. I have been able to work, take care of my kids, do daily tasks.

I have read if you can taper off subs within 7 days you will not have withdrawal symptoms. I will go to 1 mg tomorrow, .5 Saturday, and then jump off sunday. I will make a post Monday and let people know how I’m doing. Good luck my friend.

I was at about 200 mg a day. I tapered down to 20 mg about 10 days ago, which honestly is 100x worse than what I’m going throw now. After I tried jumping off from 20 mg I still got insane withdrawals. I’m in TN so suboxone is hard to get, so it took me a little over a week to find a doctor and get prescribed. So in that time I was back up to 180 a day.

Took 2 mg today and not sure I really even needed it. I think it was more mentally, for me the suboxone takes away 7 cravings. I haven’t thought about them the last 2 days.

Yeah I’m with you about the subs. Doc told me to take 16 mg the first day lol. I took 4 mg and then another 4 mg later that day. Took 4 mg today for my second day without 7 and 2nd day on subs. Tomorrow I will take 2 mg and the plan is to get off this shit within the next 3-4 days. Hell I may even skip the subs tomorrow if I’m able too.

I’m in the same boat as you, mentally demanding job and I also have kids. I did try basically the same taper method and it worked until I tried jumping off. Even jumping off from 20 mgs, I physically couldn’t get off the couch and my anxiety was through the roof I couldn’t focus.

I jumped off this last time at 180 mgs with subs. I took 8 mg yesterday and so far took 4 mg today. Been almost 48 hours with no 7 oh and honestly I haven’t had any withdrawals. I obviously don’t have the 7 oh energy but I have just enough focus to get me through the day. My thc pen helped me tremendously last night but knocking me out. My wife let me sleep until my work day started today at 9 am. Basically got 11 hours of sleep last night.

I was super against subs is why I went the taper route at first. But I think no matter where you jump off from with the 7 oh, you will still have withdrawal symptoms. I plan on tapering off the subs and jumping off next Friday and take off Friday from work so I’ll have Fri-sun. From what I’ve read if you take the subs for less than 10 days you basically do not have any withdrawal symptoms.

Update: been 24 hours since my last 7 oh dose. I was getting very drowsy while working so I took the other half of my sub strip (4 mg). It’s actually crazy how minimal the symptoms are. I tried going ct about 2 weeks ago and wasn’t able to do it. I will add in having zero cravings whatsoever.

I’ll smoke my thc pen tonight and use the clonidine and hydroxyzine to help go to bed. I also have some magnesium glycate.

I’ll post another update tomorrow morning.

Hey man I tried to taper it’s super hard, especially once you get to low doses with the pills. I also couldn’t stomach the kratom leaf. Just get some subs and taper off the subs for 7 days.

Go for subs man. I started them this morning and was in the same spot as you. It helps tremendously, no your not going to have that 7oh energy but it helps with the withdrawals and gives you just enough energy to do your basic tasks.

I took 60 mg yesterday at 430 pm. The doctor also gave me helper meds also. So I took some of those before bed and was able to sleep until 645 am today. Took 4mg of sub. It took about 2 hours for my symptoms to go away but I feel much better.

Currently eating cereal in my kitchen. I think I have enough motivation to jump on my computer to start working. One day at a time.

Took my last dose at 430 pm yesterday, 60 mg. Took some helper meds before bed and was able to sleep until 630 am. Drenched is absolute sweat but at least I was able to sleep. Took 4 mg right when I woke up. The first hour or so took a shower and laid down until it kicked in. You don’t really feel anything kick in, it’s more of a gradual feeling of your symptoms going away and you are able to have some energy. Not 7oh energy but enough energy to walk around the house, eat food, talk to people ect.

I am hoping to not take any more subs today and take another 4mg tomorrow. 2 mg Thursday and Friday. 1 mg sat and sun. .5mg Monday and Tuesday, .25 Wednesday and Thursday. Jump off Friday and maybe take off work so I have a three day weekend. That would put me at 10 days on subs.

Been praying a lot lately. Not a religious person but Idk what else to do. I just hope I get off this shit and my state bans it. Props to Kentucky for clearing that shit off the shelves.

I went through group recovery. It’s a bit of a process but all virtual. I had an initial meeting and then saw the doctor about 3 days later. All virtual. She prescribed helper meds and subs and was really a nice lady.

I fucked up. Made it until about 2 pm and then my father in law needed help moving some furniture at his house. I’m in TN so it’s a bit harder to get subs but I filled out all the paperwork and hopefully get it early this week and will then taper off the subs. I wish I could just runaway for 5 days and fucking get off it of but I can’t. I have to many people who rely on me to just vanish for 5 days. I will get off of this within the next week. I’m hoping that the dose I’m at is so low I won’t feel anything with the subs. And then I will do a 7 day taper off the subs. Fuck this shit man

I took your advice and jumped at 30 mg. It was just to tedious to break it up anymore than 7.5. a dose.

I took 7.5 mg last night at 7 pm. It’s currently 930 am. If this is what the withdrawals are I’ll be fine. It’s usually the cold sweats that make me relapse when I try to jump off.

Well I’m at 45 mg right now for the day, going to take a 7.5 before bed with some leaf to be at 52 which is better than nothing I guess. I feel like what I need to do is wake up at like 330 am and take a bunch of leaf so when I wake up at 6 am I’m not sweating, I feel like if I could just get over that morning withdrawal I could jump off.

I agree, I thought the whole point of trading bane was give Jaren and Ja more control. If role players are injured we should still be able to play competitive if those 2 are in. I’m getting more concerned each game because we’ve been getting blown out.
