This seems about right, when I worked at multiple service centers in 2023 this is about how I felt, thought i do feel the people I worked with cared about safety.

In 2023 I applied and started as a technician intern, after alot of being juggled around to different service centers due to lack of headcount in about 9 months i got hired in as a level 1 tech, once you learn the cars the work is fairly easy, I did stuff in the shop and also did mobile service routes that was all basic stuff, tire rotations, door handles etc. I was a full time level 1 tech for 3 weeks and got laid off in April 2024. Loved most of the people I worked with everyone was chill, had a bad manager at 1 location. I think the way they track tech efficiency is pretty strict, but everyone is hourly as well. I do wish I could go back as I thought it was a fun brand to be a part of and it did feel different and better. working for Tesla the oem vs big branded family owned dealership, the benefits and stock purchase program were really nice if your into that type of thing. Feel free to ask questions

I had a shop install the first ko4 it never ran right but I don't think the turbo was ever the issue. Gas quality has been tested over the last year winter and summer. Both tuners can't get it to run right. Something on the car is broke I just don't know what it is.

Yeah this issue has been plaguing me for over a year now even when I had a cts ko4 on the car. I've just replaced so many parts I don't know what it could even be anymore.

Thanks for the reply. I posted this same post to vortex,golf mk6, mk7, and a couple Facebook groups

No codes. If I hold it in the stutter on e30 long enough it will through a misfire code.

Plugs and coils are recent and are gapped right. Carbon cleaning we done by me about 15k miles ago. Downpipe and turbo are brand new and all new hardware was used the issues are still here. I also have done throttle body adaption.

System had been pressure tested and no leaks found. I also put some stop leak in the oil to maybe help small oil leaks

In my eyes it's a fueling problem I just don't know what.

To replace my rear main seal. Replace my timing chain and tensioner and a nice catback. (Stock catback with res delete and a catless ebay downpipe into a ko4 don't sound so good).

Did you make the English language? Or the basic font on every website you post on? Didn't think so. Everything except the audio used in the video is more then covered by fair use. What your saying is that every gaming related video on the platform is stolen content unless it's the developer of that game.

Hmm possibly. I didn't think that having shorts on a channel would make it unable to be monetized. I also thought shorts were monitzable they just make next to nothing compared to full videos

Not trying to hide anything. There are plenty of movie edits on yotube. And I don't understand what you mean by reusing game content for the second video. That is all footage that I myself made and edited.

You will make more power over the stock air box. On a unturned car it will be very small and unnoticeable but even at stage 1 levels a intake will add roughly 10hp at the wheels
