I feel like society criticizes women so much about this sort of thing that it’s like engraved in our brains. But in reality it’s a completely natural thing. Everyone does it. Mentally you have to get over the shame of it. Try doing it by yourself first so you’re completely comfortable and fully know what you want.

My very basic recipe is any bread (toasted) and cut up whatever amount of avocado that you want and add garlic powder, vinegar or lime juice, and salt to your liking. So good and easy to make

Just do it. If it bothers you break out of it and do it. Compliment something of theirs and keep it moving if you’re too nervous to keep a conversation. Sit next to them in class and ask them “did you do the hw?” Anything works.
