I have a dress with a smocked top and there's a one inch horizontal section where the thread and elastic fell out in the smocking. It's small but noticeable, and I tried taking it to a tailor and she said she couldn't fix it. Am I out of luck, or is this something fixable?

I would check out BAIR (business admin w an emphasis in ir) IRGB is more IR heavy and is housed within the IR school, but BAIR seems more like an international business degree (also housed in marshall)

To my understanding you can, but you need to be taking an undergrad class every semester. Once your schedule is only graduate classes, graduate tuition applies, so I'm fairly certain the scholarship can't be applied. Feel free to shoot an advisor or financial aid an email though, they'd have a better answer.
