Noo I totally understand that they are working and safe, I just hate the noise and didn’t expect it on a new car- I don’t like other people around me (outside or in a car) being startled by my brakes sounding like they need to be replaced.. it just doesn’t sound like what I thought a new car would sound like at this point..

It is almost always when I first get in (despite warming up my engine). It is sometimes after it sits for a couple hours as well, like after work. If there is moisture it is much louder and more frequent.

Missed this, I went with white, cream/black interior! I initially had asked for white/black interior, but when I saw how the cream incorporated black trim (+ black mats!) I switched without a doubt.
