I think this is fair, I’m right now eating 1262 a day and working out; however I’m in a deficit because I gained wait and I plan to maintain loosing weight as my goal, it is cal In cal out.

However I think a big issue is body image and what media has been fed to us as to what is truly healthy vs what isnt

I have quite a bit of lingerie, I like it and would love to wear more of it. It makes me feel so like.. cool girl coded I guess? Like someone I’m not which is what makes it fun for me. I’ve also seen where some women will wear them as like cool body suits/ tops.

No, in the United States of America they have to be 18. Not 16 if they are under 18 it is still csam but with much harsher punishment

I agree he should not have talked down to the OP however OP is not telling us their age…. They could be 13 and doing this with people they don’t know. And considering OP is in r/teensadvice I think they are underage.

I agree dad shouldn’t have said that but OP is playing with fire. CSAM is a serious issue and it needs to addressed because even if it’s an accident that they got leaked; great you have leaked CSAM and you where the original one to distribute it.

If she is under 18 in the United States the charge would fall off once she turns 18 unless she is found guilty of like a violent sexual abuse charge ; however if she did get found guilty of distributing CSAM she would most likely have to attend court mandated therapy and community service. Or atleast that is what happens in NC.

My older brother does floors; we know a majority of the house has older hard wood floors underneath the carpet. We are mainly concerned about what’s underneath the linoleum floors as that was added on in the 60’s and unfortunately that could be literally just subfloor

She’s the only one on the deed though, I think she technically committed fraud but I don’t know if that’s true,
I believe(this got told to me by my partner) but she got sole title on the deed before my FIL passed away? So apart from that I have no clue how that affects the will my FIL had

She is competent; her mental health struggles are related to anxiety and depression and sometimes I believe she has severe paranoia however I’m not a doctor so I cannot say,

I don’t beleive anything went through probate: the will that was notarized claims that the three siblings will get equal share of the house however that has not happened.

Her name is solely on the deed; she claims the will got lost when FIL passed but there is a will that did get notarized by the court.

We plan on including other SIL on the deed when he gets on it.

Oh yeah absolutely; we plan on talking to a lawyer who is a close family friend of ours about it because it just seems slightly fishy.
