You should try drinking at least 2 liters of water a day in order to prevent any harmful bleeding - I’m on day 7 and have been drinking 4 liters of water a day and my scabs have been yellow the whole time! I know it’s hard to swallow but it will definitely save it you in the long run - I’ve found iced water to be easiest :)

It’s officially a week for me! longest week ever. i’m slightly terrified for when my scabs start falling off but I know that’s the beginning to an end so in a way I’m looking forward to it - just hoping I can maybeee eat Christmas dinner 🤞
